This is Raine and she is from Illinois. Reference was a photo that she took of her self titled “Little Miss Sunshine”. Her eyes are so big and bright that you can’t avoid looking at them. In some photos her eyes look to be dark green and in others they appear to be light blue. So which is it, Raine?
